1. Agreement

By accessing www.coingpt.bot or app.coingpt.bot (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

CoinGPT provides AI-powered market analysis, scanning, alerts, strategy tools, and optional trade execution via exchange APIs. CoinGPT is a software tool, not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

3. No financial advice

All content, analyses, signals, and strategies are informational decision-support only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate. Backtested or past performance does not guarantee future results. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

5. Non-custodial execution

If you connect an exchange, you do so via API keys you create and control. You authorize CoinGPT to place trades per your instructions and enabled strategies. You may revoke access at any time. You remain responsible for activity on your exchange accounts and for the security of your credentials.

6. Accounts & acceptable use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and use the Services in compliance with applicable law, including local restrictions on crypto trading. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the Services, or use them where prohibited.

7. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually by card (via Stripe) or crypto. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Plan features and limits may evolve; material changes will be communicated.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and content, are owned by CoinGPT and its licensors. You retain rights to strategies and content you create, and grant us the license needed to operate them within the Services.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinGPT shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including automated execution and third-party exchange behavior.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
