This policy describes how CoinGPT ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use www.coingpt.bot and app.coingpt.bot (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

  • Account data, email address, display name, and authentication identifiers you provide when creating an account.
  • Exchange API keys, trade-only API keys you choose to connect. Keys are encrypted at rest and never include withdrawal permissions.
  • Usage data, queries to the AI assistant, scans, alerts, strategies, and interactions with the Services, used to operate and improve the product.
  • Payment data, card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Crypto payment transaction references are retained for billing records.
  • Technical data, device, browser, IP address, and cookies necessary for security, session management, and analytics.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, personalize, and improve the Services, including AI analysis and strategy features.
  • To execute trades you authorize on your connected exchange accounts.
  • To deliver notifications you configure (in-app and Telegram).
  • To process billing, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. What we never do

  • We never hold custody of your funds.
  • We never request or store withdrawal-enabled API keys.
  • We never sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, AI model providers for processing your queries), under contractual confidentiality, or where required by law.

5. Retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via support; some records may be retained where legally required.
